Questions about an order placed

We have two shipping days for our packages. We process orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed and paid for on those days before 10:00 am will then be shipped. Fresh and frozen camel milk outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is only shipped on Mondays.

For fresh and frozen milk, we use a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days.

Within the Netherlands, the packages are shipped with our supplier I&L logistics.  They ensure that your milk is cooled or frozen throughout the shipment and deliver the order to you the day after shipment.

Outside the Netherlands we ship with DHL Express as standard.

You can also choose DPD yourself. In addition, it is entirely at your own risk if the milk no longer arrives at your home fully refrigerated.

The fresh and frozen milk is packed in special insulation boxes with ice packs.

There can be several reasons why you have not (yet) received a Track & Trace code:

  1. I&L Logistics does not send Track & Trace codes, but an e-mail with information about the delivery. Within the Netherlands, our standard shipping method is refrigerated transport via I&L Logistics. On the day of shipment, you will receive an e-mail from I&L Logistics with information (check your spam box!). They ensure that your milk is refrigerated throughout the shipment and deliver the order to you the day after collection.
  2. If you choose DHL or DPD, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code, delivery date and time. Please check your spam box for this.
  3. The package has not yet been shipped. We ship camel milk and milk products every Monday and Wednesday. The Track & Trace code is only sent when the courier picks up the packages from us.
