Shipping & Delivery

We process orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed and paid for before 10:00 AM on those days will be shipped the same day. Fresh and frozen camel milk to destinations outside the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany is shipped only on Mondays.

Shipping Within the Netherlands

Within the Netherlands, I&L Logistics handles chilled and frozen transport as our standard for fresh and frozen camel milk. They ensure that your milk remains chilled or frozen during transport and deliver it the day after shipment.

When the milk is packed, you will receive an email with shipment details (check your spam folder). It is important that someone is present at the time of delivery to receive the package. If no one is available, rescheduling the delivery will incur additional costs. The shipment will return to the I&L Logistics warehouse and be stored in a freezer.

To avoid missed deliveries, contact I&L Logistics on the delivery day to check the delivery time. Contact details are provided in the packing email.

Important:

• Place the milk in the fridge or freezer immediately upon receipt.
• Always thaw frozen milk in the fridge to maintain quality.

Shipping Outside the Netherlands

For international orders, fresh and frozen camel milk is shipped in insulated polystyrene boxes with ice packs. DHL Express is the standard shipping method. If you opt for DPD, deviating from our standard, the risk of milk not being fully chilled on arrival lies with you.

Once the milk is packed, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code (check your spam folder). Delivery occurs within 48 hours.
