Orders from the webshop are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays.
On Mondays and Wednesdays the camel milk is put into bottles. The bottles needed for the orders are packed for shipment. The remaining bottles go directly into our freezer. Frozen camel milk has a shelf life of one year.
Our standard shipping method within the Netherlands is Miedema. This transport company uses refrigerated transport. This keeps the camel milk at the right temperature during the entire transport process.
Orders shipped with DPD, Fedex or UPS are packed in an insulated box with ice packs. This way, the camel milk remains cool for a few days during transport.
