Pancakes made with camel milk
Ingredients (for 7-10 pancakes)
- 200 grams of flour
- 1/2 liter camel milk
- 30 grams of fine sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- dash of sunflower oil
- butter
Preparation method
Place the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar, eggs, camel milk and a small dash of sunflower oil in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer or a whisk until a smooth batter is obtained.
Make sure your pan is nice and warm before you start frying, because there is already a little oil in the batter, you need less fat for frying. When the pan is hot you can add a little butter to the pan and start baking. If you are going to bake a whole stack of pancakes, it is best to cover the stack with a lid or an inverted plate to keep them warm.
